Search Process
1. Establishing Your
Requirements
The first step to finding the perfect home is a no obligation
meeting for us to establish exactly your needs and requirements.
We will discuss the options open to you in terms of the current
market, properties and locations that best suit your needs.
2. Comprehensive search brief
On receipt of your retention fee, this personally tailored
search brief will enable us to start searching for the right
home to suit your individual life style. We will advise on
the most suitable areas, architectural styles and floor layouts
that best suit you and your family's life style.
3. Proactive Search
We will take approximately 10 days to carry out our initial
search, and set up your initial short listed properties. You
will be notified by email, that they are ready for viewing.
The properties appear on a personally tailored page from our
website for you to consider. Each property will have photographs
and where possible video footage, along with a "pros
and cons" listing giving a clear picture. You then have
the opportunity to accept and arrange viewings or reject the
properties. Future searches will be increasingly more targeted
and we will continue with this search until your ideal property
is found.
4. Convenient Accompanied Tours
Once you have selected homes that you wish to view we will
accompany you to all your viewings; advising on the negatives
and positives of each property,
5. Experienced Negotiation
Our detailed knowledge of the market, area and specific property
will ensure that you get the best possible price for your
chosen property.
6. Remote Access Comprehensive Reporting
Once your future home has been secured, we will manage the
purchase process on your behalf from acceptance of offer to
the final exchange of contracts; providing you with comprehensive
reporting throughout the process. Whilst it is not our role
to make decisions that affect the process directly without
your input, we can ensure that all paperwork progresses efficiently
and smoothly without any unnecessary delays. |

of packing up your entire home and unpacking it somewhere
