We are driven to secure the best possible price for your purchase and as such our pricing structure defines this.

Home Purchase

An initial retention fee of £500 will enable us to start our extensive searches for your ideal property. This will secure our services for 6 months, should a suitable property not be found within that time it may be necessary to make a further charge.

A success fee of 1.5% of the purchase price or 15% of the saving made between the advertised price and the final purchase price, less any retention fees paid, this is payable on the day of completion.

Home Rental

An initial retention fee of £300 will enable us to start our extensive searches for your ideal property. This will secure our services for 3 months, should a suitable property not be found within that time it may be necessary to make a further charge.

For rentals, our success fee is based on one months rental, payable on exchange of documentation.

Unless otherwise stated all fees are inclusive of VAT.

Home Presentation

A one off charge of £150 will secure our written feedback to improve the chances of selling your property.
